Default W.H. Morley & Sons Restoration and Custom Brush

I finally finished up my first restoration (well almost still needs to be honed) and a custom brush. I don't think it is even close to level of what everyone else that posts here, but this is custom builds and restorations
Original thread I started about my restoration process can be seen here http://straightrazorpalace.com/showthread.php?t=88904
I started a new thread here because I thought it was more fitting.

My custom brush. I had never seen anything like this and I thought it would be neat so I went for it. I had to work out some kinks but it all worked out in the end. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359506358.952562.jpg

I love that Turks head brush. The W.H. Morley looks fantastic.

Both look great! Is the brush weird to hold to use?

No, the brush is large (about 2.5" dia), and it is pretty heavy, but it feels good. I can even palm it if I want to. You definitely can't hold it like a pencil like you may hold a smaller brush. It builds a mean lather too. The only problem is that I can't fit in smaller lather bowls.
    Thanks for the question!

Interesting! I like the idea of the brush and can see how easily it would be to use and hold probably a better choice if you face lather then using this brush in a bowl. Enjoy!
The Morley is cool as well!

Is it a turks or a monkey ball on the brush/ That thing is very cool looking. The scales of the razor are pretty nice too. Great job. Thinking outside the box is awesome.

Yes, I know it as a monkeys fist but I think it has many names. Thank you.

nice and unique in my experience. Adds a whole new meaning to "brush knot".
