My mother has always told me I was a mistake, so I think I just have a woman who birthed me by accident, rather than a mother. To all the good mums out there, keep up the good work.

Oh Mick - back before the days of contraceptives, most of us were 'mistakes'.... I'd warrant a good many current kids born today are too. Doesn't mean wanted though!
Anyway, I bid for and won another Aussie history razor as my own 'mothers-day' gift... an early 1900's "Murdochs Kookaburra".
    Cheers

I wished my Mum a Happy Mother's Day yesterday, and she offered to buy my next vintage straight razor for me
