Replacing the scales on that might amount to "Murder! Bloody murder!" in the eyes of the man from Ironbark.
That jap razor has a picture of a Tasmanian Kangaroo on it, I can tell, as at least one of it's parents seems to have been a Tassie Tiger.

He also currently has a Henckels starting at $35. It has a damaged handle but I've seen razors from name manufacturers in much worse condition listed for much higher.
Most of his prices seem OK but there are a few of his top end items that are insanely priced. I'm planning on getting one of more moderately priced Japanese cut throats at some point just to round out my collection.
