And this one too

Ok one more for those who are old enough to understand what it meant
Redgum - I Was Only 19 (1983) - YouTube
I was going to post that one up next Rick. Glad to see it here. It started just before my time, but it still affected me, as I lost an Uncle to the effects of that one.
Here's another from Redgum anyway.

It was a bit before my time too Mick.
This one is a tribute to all who went there
My Dad went to Vietnam when I was 11 years old.
A very changed man when he came back
A war we never understood then, and only a little now.
Thanks for sharing.
Not an Aussie mob, but good all the same.

Tell your Dad THANKS from a Texas yank.
FYI, PTSD sux the large one.
I expect your Dad has it. It's not his fault. Love him in spite of it, because it hurts him far worse than it does those around him and I KNOW it can hurt those around.
An old favourite of mine. I used to sit at Dad's feet while we listened to this song (amongst many others). :)
