I don't have a recipe, the stuff I have was purchased and there is no visible flakes. I want to try to make my own as I have honey, but no peppers. If I find a good recipe I will let you know.Quote:

I figured I'd check now, before your peppers were completely dry. I hope the National Honey Board is probably a decent source... The recipe seems to make sense, but will probably be a pain to clean lol.
Honey is easy to clean with just water and if warm strains easy. I would use just a kitchen strainer.
Now I have to get some peppers.
Looks like I'll have a few to spare! I don't have a dehydrator but I have had success hanging other chili peppers in the past. It just takes a while...Quote:

ultrasoundguy, I marked a like on your post for the vegetables in the pictures, not the part about "crispy and dead"! I'm sorry to hear about that, but what you have there looks great! It looks like salsa waiting to happen
