I have for, as long as I can remember, been a car, truck and motorcycle guy.
I figure that it would be interesting to see everyone's favorite wheels.
I guess that I'll start.

Thank you so much Pete, I would enjoy riding with you, after I get done with my northwest run, I,ll have to try to get up your way. I haven't made Laconia in a few years, always great riding up your way. Tc
1992 Chevy S10 with 4.3 and 5 speed, only has 119k miles on it and pretty much original. Will post pics when I can get back on my PC.
These days I have a '97 Outback

and the '94 Miata R Package which is hers. R Package is factory racer turn key out of the box. I wanted to put a Flying Miata 300hp turbo kit in it but she said no.

I sold it a while back but I had built-up '66 Ranchero, last year of the Ford Falcon Ranchero. Then they became Fairlane Rancheros. I raced All Ford Drags ever year plus street racing back in the '90s. Here I'm cutting a red light at Bremerton AFD. Har! Car runs in the high 11s. The neat thing about Rancheros is they were 600 lbs. lighter than a Fasback Mustang and it has better weight distribution than the Mustang did. A fun fast car but a ticket magnet I was sorry to see it go.

Wow!
jmercer :
The Outback...my wife and I have had 5 or so Subaru's. Bulletproof reliability. I think that I could have plowed snow with my last Outback.
The Mazda...what I would do is send my wife on a little trip with a friend...and put the turbo kit in. Once she drives if she'll be hooked and will thank you!
The Ranchero...talk about super cool!! I wish that I could remember all the mods that I did to my muscle cars back in the day. That was a real beauty with a lot of painstaking work!!
AECS: That looks like it would be a hoot to drive both on and off the road. It has a real presence!
Longhaultanker : That looks like it would be a hoot to drive..just on the road. It too has a real presence! Back in 1981 I bought a brand new International Eagle cabover and was a freighthauler for 5 years. Night and day comparison with your beautiful rig.
Thanks all for sharing!

And it's an automatic transmission. Yes, great to drive. I love it.
Thanks.
I was a on-call linemen for a power company and the Sub got me to work when no one else was making it in. I was able to clock us in and have the rigs warmed up and stocked by the time the rest of the crew arrived. It was a money maker being on the double or triple bubble. (double/triple time pay scale)
The Miata, at a 130,000 miles it still can make you shake when you push it even without the turbo. Har! Got some low profile stickies on it and so it corners like a go-kart.
The only reason I still have the details of the Ranchero is I kept my sales ad. ;)
I had to let it go. One more ticket and I was to lose my required CDL which would have cost me my job everywhere.
I drive this like a boss...

I was unfortunate enough to have to sell my motorcycle in Sept. 2011. A 2005 HD Sportster 883R. It had stage I performance with slip on exhaust and I bought spark plug wires to match the paint. Rest of the bike was stock, except for the sissy bar for all the college girls that rode on the back. I lost all of my photos before 2010ish due to a computer virus forcing me to revert to a previous stable state, so this is the last one I have of my bike that I rode all over the country and got some frostbite on. I would buy another but I just can't decide which one and have no space in my parking space in my apt building.

You can plow with an old Outback. I had a classmate in college that threw a smaller clear blow on the front of his '98 Impreza Outback. He had to adjust the suspension and increase the size of the brakes for it to be completely legal, but if he accounted for long brake distance he wouldn've been fine. He was from Maine, if I recall correctly.

You must like your speeding tickets! I know I do! :D
I just got this less than two weeks ago. A 99 TT. And then did a 5000k road trip. Seen here somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
I drive a toyota aygo. I did drive a vw golf which was a lovely car.
But i crashed it into stationary objects a couple of times so the wife took the keys off of me.
Saying that, I quite like my little aygo. It's quite nippy for a 1l, and it's cheap to run.

Back in the day, I rode a Moto Guzzi 850T, later, when I once again wandered into the 2 wheel scene, I ended up with a 1983 Yamaha Venture which I converted to an 84+ish unit.... (bought a wreck and grabbed all the electronics off it). Some 60.000.00 miles later I got bored with it (Mrs. too) and we sold it and bought a pop up camping trailer instead.
Today I drive a (gulp) Hyundai!
Still have fond memories of a ride where I swapped my 850T for a Moto Guzzi 850 LeMans.... that thing was rock solid on the road and the scenery went by oh so fast!
Maryland889 has the right idea... an "Iron Duke" is a fine ride.... I do however question his sanity when he selects a TOYota truck..... OK, fess up time... I bought a 1985 Toyota truck myself..... it rusted before my eyes.... I never bought another Toyota! It was a rock solid mechanical marvel, but the sheet metal, and the way it was joined, was crap.
Today, in my twilight years.... I'm drifting towards ditching the Hyundai and getting one of them newfangled Chevy Colorado trucks. I don't know why.... I just want one.
Regards
Christian
Mine is a 1999 Ford F250 V10. Wouldn't trade it for a new one.

Bought a Porsche one day, an 65 Super coupe which turned into an Turbo Carrerra, and 100mph every place but right in the city posted 25 mph, ended up racing Porsche's and spending way too much $$ on them, would love to have another but would be running Hot all the time with a cop after me. Really.:chapeau
A new, to me Pacifica All wheel drive added to the family fleet today.
Attachment 266193
Seen here beside my hybrid Corrado.
I picked up the Pacifica mostly because the price was right (3k) and it was all wheel drive. A must have in our winters, IMO.
100 cubic feet of cargo space and a hitch package didn't hurt either.
Needed something to replace my Avalanche when I have stuff to haul.
Cheers men
We are three kids in now...
No room in the VW and definitely no room in the Aygo.
So we bought a vauxhaul zafira. For all intent and purpose a 7 seater tank. It's rather very roomy, but handles like a bus lol.
However it does fit us 3 kids and associated child seats and small folk gubbins.
