    Default Cigar Discussion Thread

Hey All. I relate Cigar smoking to straight razor shaving in many ways. Relaxation, slow process, etc. I know many of you enjoy cigars too. Anyone get anything good for Christmas? I got a box of PSD4 from 2004 from my friend that I cant wait to light up. Post pics of your collections or whatever else you got.

    Heres what I smoked yesterday:

A friend of mine leaves for Dominican Republic very soon.

So nothing yet, but quite soon I gave him some money to get some clubs. I have an ok selection of bigger cigars (R&J, Montecristo, Cohibas), but sometimes it's good to have smaller stuff.

Tell him to be careful, theres ALOT of fakes (cuban and non cuban) in the DR. And they often have over 100% mark up on cigars made in the DR compared to what they cost here.

I re-sawed and planed some Spanish cedar to fully line my humi yesterday while enjoying one of the new CAO Lx2’s. I have an inexpensive 400 count box but it has cedar shelves, not a full lining but it will soon. I was to busy today playing with the kids and making dinner for a cigar.

I smoked a 2008 Limited Edition Montecristo Sublimes last night. It is a beautiful cigar. A very powerful smoke. Not on an empty stomach. In a few years this cigar will be outstanding.
