Moki with MOP checker board inlay
I have owned this knife for about 3 years now. My wife bought it for my birthday. For the last 2 and a 1/2 years I would take it out of storage and look at it, remembering that my wife gave it to me. My thoughts were always the same when looking at it: "well made, beautiful craftsmanship, lovely mother of pearl inlay, it just ain't my style." I never wore the knife as I considered it a little too feminine in looks. Of course I never told my wife this.
Lately however, the knife has been growing on me by leaps and bounds and I wear it every time we go out somewhere. I really love this little knife!
It is a lock back folder at 5 and 3/4 inches long open, closed it is 3 and a 1/4 inch long. The blade is made of VG10 steel and came out of the box sharp enough to cut arm hair easily the inlay material is a combination of black and white mother of pearl. the sheath is a green canvas material and the lining of the sheath is a very soft leather, it can be worn on the belt but there are two holes provided on the sheath for a leather thong so that it may be worn around the neck.
Pics wont post for some reason. I'll try later.Last edited by JMS; 02-20-2009 at 07:00 AM.
