I'll show you mine if you'll show me yours ?
This is Rambunctious. He was one of a large group of strays that hung out in the alley next to the tattoo shop. We fed the whole gang and gradually caught some of them, took them to a vet who would work with feral cats and had them spayed or neutered. This one got torn up badly probably in combat with another cat, dog or raccoon.
We took him to the vet and got him fixed up and I took him home. I've had him 2 years now and he is a great cat. I named him Rambunctious because he is.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Meet El Nino. He is a latino boy coming from a shelter in Jamaica Plain near Boston, smart but strongly opinionated.
His occupation is a scientist. When not typing his PhD thesis [1], he is actively researching limits of human tolerance.

here's my two imbeciles: Stan and Mary. Mary, the grey cat, adopted us about 10 yrs ago (ran in the door of our apartment and wouldn't leave), and was nice enough to have a litter of kittens shortly thereafter.
We kept Stan the Man, and various family members took the rest of the litter.

Here is Jozette. She is almost 1 year old. Loves my shaving brushes and having shaving crean put on her nose.
Will "talk" to you all day long, very friendly with strangers and kids, NEVER claws or bite.Last edited by Jacques13; 03-25-2009 at 01:01 PM.

Thanked: 13234Barn Cats !!!
First let me say we don't own these cats, they adopted us...
I am actually deathly allergic to cats, have been since I was 6, always been a dog person and still am..
These two have made homes in the out buildings on the ranch...
The big yellow boy "Morris" is a killing machine, since he moved in 4 years ago we have near zero mouse problems, this big boy rules the whole road and knows it....
This cute girl was taken in by my wife 3 years ago so she didn't end up in the pound and has done well out here, her name is "Checkers" luckily she was spayed by her former owner, so we won't be having kittens running around....
We keep them around by feeding them and putting fresh water out for them.... During the spring and fall we only feed them 1/2 rations so they really hunt, during the winter we keep them well fed.. Neither can be touched or approached, but they have our schedule down pat, comes 6:00pm there they are, expecting their dinner
One thing out here, only the smartest survive outdoors, because of the coyotes, and these two are absolute geniuses....

This is Messieurs Fidget. He is French... and do you know why he is French. He speaks in a language none of us can understand, and most importantly he is dressed as a mime.
This is Frankenstein, aka Franky. She is called Frankenstein because she is a Torty Calico and is patched together like Frankenstein is.
This is Mac he is our feral rescue cat. No real story about him, he is as much trouble as he looks and like I said we rescued him as a kitten after his mom abandoned him. Unfortunately his mom and family were caught a euthanized.

Im not a cat guy but if I had to get one it would be like the one Bpave777 shows in his bottom pic. I like the the way that one looks and the color is nice.
