Easy to make, made one a few years ago for coyote hunting.
I'll have to get some pics of it.
Made from a desert night camo parka, so its below my knees. Stitched pieces of old fishing nets to it, then spent countless hours cutting up colored burlap, and pulling the strands apart, then tying little bundles to the net. Its actually quite warm, so its good for those cold days and nights.

My second cousin (Carl) was a Marine Sniper after he left for a civilian life he decided that Turkey Hunters would be interested in buying a Gilly suit on FleaBay. So he put one together and he and his wife headed out to the boonies to take pictures.
While his wife was dinking around with the camera he was putting the natural veg into the suit. When he was satisfied with the look he put it on (Now my cousin isn't your average sized Marine/think 'Swede in Heartbreak Ridge' and you'll have a good idea about just how big Carl is).
So Carl went out a few yards checking to make sure his wife hadn't seen him, laid down and 'blended in'.
When she looked up and couldn't find him she started calling his name and happened to walk toward him.
She stepped on his hand and he didn't even make a sound. When she was just past him he jumped up and grabbed her! She Freaked!
Carl said all he told her was; "Just be glad I didn't have my knife". I guess she wasn't amused in the least!
You just can't keep a good Marine down!

Back to the weird federal tax stamp thing ......... This is a Browning Hi Power 9mm with tangent sights, and a slot in the back strap for a detachable buttstock. If it had come complete from the factory with the buttstock I could own it, and use it with the stock on or off.
Since it didn't come with the stock, if I want to buy one to go with the pistol I need the stamp.
