Name Your Favorite Beers, Ales, Lagers ?

I see I am not alone with the Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA- I absolutely adore it. I usually have my garage fridge stocked with it, Magic Hat #9, Newcastle and Presidente(when I can get my hands on it). When I go home to visit family members and the dominoes get broke out they take me back to me roots and pull out the Miller High Life. Cheap beer with a special place in my heart. Especially on hot summer days when I am working the bbq pit. I've had many a drunken nights on it- love it.

My beer of choice right now however is Brooklyn 1. A damn fine beer with so much going on in it. Highly recommend it to anyone who fancies Belgian beers.

My fav, hands down is "Péché Mortel" from brasserie dieu du ciel. The name is french and means "Mortal Sin".

Lately it's been Old Scratch amber lager, from Flying Dog Brewery.

Yeungling is in Pennsylvania. Oldest brewery in North America, by the way. Good stuff.

I went to school for my undergrad degree in the mountains of NC.

Highland Oatmeal Porter is a beer that kept me warm during many of the colder months up there:

For any IPA fans, do yourselves a favor and try Green Flash Brewery, West Coast IPA. It is absolutely my favorite IPA and probably my favorite brew.

It is really hard to choose one, there are so many fine beers and ales out there.

It's easier to name the one's I drink the most:

Henninger. German, lovely Pilsner
Hansa: Norwegian Pilsner
Stella Artois: You all know this one:)
Pilsner Urquell: !!

Duvel...belgian...high alcohol content...beautiful...great for regular quaffing. Not heavy on the pallet (drinking one now!!!)
For a dessert beer/ale I like Albino Python by Coney Island Brewery (NY or NJ). Great apricot notes that go well with pumpkin, spice, and everything nice.
If you live in Oregon and have access to the McMenamin's breweries, their Terminator Stout is awesome with wings, their Hammerhead (I think it's an amber ale) is just plain fantastic. If you prefer things on the lighter side, they have a great hard cider and a "girlie" beer that I can't remember. (it's pink).
Those of you in the Pacific Northwest have access to an incredible array of microbreweries that are just out of this world.

I definitely like the Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier. My favorite darker beer would be the Old Engine Oil beer from Harviestoun, though I can't find it near home. That one lives up to its name in how thick it pours, but it is delicious!
