I'd love to hear what you think some of the better non-cubans. I don't smoke a lot but recommend tatuaje, Illusione Ultra, Cro-Magnon, Alec Bradley Nica Puro, Arturo Fuente Magnum R, And La Flor Dominicana Limitada.

Diesel Grind Salomon, 7¹⁄₈" x 58.
Very interesting and tasty cigars.
A powerful yet smooth bouquet dishing out hints of earth, cedar, coffee, and spices overtop a creamy tobacco core. A full-bodied blend of the smoothest caliber changing with every puff.

I love the Salomones vitola.
Well I got a box in the mail today!! Woot!!
I eagerly went on about my business trying not to seem desperate but who was I kidding? Free cigars! What could they be?
Balm!

What the heck are these??
They are called "The Judge" by J. Fuego. About $22.00 for a fiver of this size (rubusto). Anyway they weren't what I was expecting (hoping lol) but who am I to "Judge" a gift? Did I tell you they were free lol? They are tightly packed muduro's... with a "Mata Fina" wrapper (never heard of that before - google to the rescue).
The great thing about these is I would never have bought them lol!! So I get to try a new one. Who knows I might like it. Heck what's not to like about the band? A dude holding what looks like a kick @$% revolver (the line is called Blind Justice lol!!).

I am having serious pangs of regret for selling off my revolver when looking at that!!
Anyway - off to write a thank you letter. Going to let em sit for a while. I'll let you know what I think of them in a month or so. In the mean time - that band is going to jump out at me every time I open the humi lol!
Earcutter,
Mata Fina is a leaf from brazil. I think it's used as a binder in Liga privada t52.

Thanks brother - that actually bodes well for the cigar. It might be a nice everyday gar at those prices if it even comes close to a t52.
I note too that its a Famous Smoke proprietary cigar so sorry to all my European friends.... I think. I don't know if Famous ships to Europe.
Padron 1964
Enjoyed a mini MonteCristo with a glass of JB after dinner. Still too chilly out there for a real slow burner.

Great little smoke. Smooth draw, nice heat and a very Eastwood-esk kind of feel.
Cheers gents.

I have really, REALLY, come to love all things Alec Bradley (A.B.) as of late. I don't think I have had one of those though. They have a new Connecticut that's calling my name too.
That said, I find he seems to have consistency issues at times... I might be loopy. I am loopy. But that A.B. Maxx? Have you tried that? I have had some that were just "whatever," and others that had to be the next thing next to godliness if one likes a sweet smoke!
Maybe I need to rest them longer? I don't know - all I do know is that I'll chase that cigar because of the two or three I had and LOVED till the cows come home lol. Maybe I should just buy a box :).
