Yeah, THE BLACK KEYS have taken all spots in my 5 disc changer for the past few years. If you ain't heard them then you're def missing out. Two younger fellas from Akron that have a sound all their own. Also, I highly recommend seeing them LIVE if you get the chance.
Also been rocking alot of The Dead Weather as of late. Saw them in Vegas recently and was Damn impressed. The chick lead singer kicks it, not to mention Jack White on drums/guitar along with a dude from Queens of The Stone Age and the bassist from the Racontuers (prob spelled that wrong...bout 6 brews deep). Later for now all and STAY THIRSTY MY FRIENDS!
They Might Be Giants' recent Here Comes Science ... over and over and over again. :D

Always time for this album, still have the vinyl somewhere...
I've been listening alot to Patrick Watson's Wooden arms & to some Damien Robitaille lately.... And I've been listening to "Tighten up" from the black keys over & over & over.... There's something about that song that makes me listen to it obsessively.
Cool bikes, cars and someone getting a shave.....And of course it's Rancid!

While I don't listen to country at all if i can help it, this song just works knowing his background.
The first posted link to the song doesn't work anymore so I thought I'd put up a new one :)
My razor should come in the mail tonight, so I've take the time to select one of my favorite 12's out of my collection.
Milt Jackson- Sunflower. Any album that has Han****, Hubbard, Jackson and Ron Carter is a classic IMHO.
Likely my favorite version of People Make The World Go Round.

My only concern is that is so funky, I may end up dancing and shaving the side of my face off!!!
CCR and Lee Ann Womack, Awesome song ! YouTube - Cross Canadian Ragweed - Sick And Tired
The best tenor recorded? Jussi Bjørling singing O Heliga Natt (Swedish) O Holy Night. In my opinion the ultimate Christmas song.

Social Distortion-"Machine Gun Blues," from the upcoming album of the same name
The Steel Wheels have been in heavy rotation for me. If you like Americana type music, you cant go wrong with these gents.
Some Lee Oskar harmonica solos.
Wow...there is so much good music. In the spirit of the thread I have to go with the Black Keys, Cage the Elephant, and the Tron Legacy soundtrack. The first two have had killer singles coming off the latest albums. The Tron Legacy soundtrack by Daft Punk has really intertwined some great elements between classical, rock, and electronica, similarly to what The Matrix soundtracks did a decade ago.

This guy is awesome !!!
