Status update. I'm still very much enjoying the FP but still have a little trouble getting the flow how I'd like all the time and remembering that I have to let the ink dry before I can touch it lol. All in all I'm loving it! My next one will be a smaller barrel and at least a fine point as the medium is too big of print for me.
Well, I'm fed up with that white Jinhao X750
The nib keeps drying up on it. I won't use it for a couple of days and then when I do I'll have to spend 15 minutes just to get it to start writing. Plus when it DOES write it drops an amount of ink on paper that you could drown an ox in.
If anyone wants it it's yours for the price of shipping. I have too many pens that I DO like to mess around with this one. It's currently about half full with Noodlers Imperial Red.

This is made with a oblique dip pen of my own creation. Same ax the writing. It's a bit of topic, but still in the margin I think :-) ps the ink is the medieval iron gall ink.
I love fountain pens and use them regular on work. I have a great working collection with 5 (!) Mont Blanc ;-)
Sooo jealous right now! And not just over the pens, but take a look at that fancy writing! Spencerian script?
