Would this be a good grinder?

I have been looking for a grinder for a while now. Unfortunately, KGM won't ship to Europe. I can't afford a bader, and most European grinders are industrial use and completely useless for the purpose of making razors.

I discovered that Burr King has a EU distributor and I am am currently working with their sales agent to establish a price, depending on the options I choose.

Does anyone have experience with Burr King grinders?
The one I am looking at is this one.
Any feedback is welcome.
Btw, I still don't know what it costs so this might be out of my league as well. Still, if what I want is no more expensive than a 1000-ish euros, I might be able to convince my wife.

EDIT: I found the US prices... I guess 1000 euros would be too optimistic.
Still, we'll see what they say. I may need to make 2 or 3 more razors to put enough of a dent in the costprice to get the budget approval from the CFO
