    Default Tony Miller is a gentleman of the first order!!!

    I received a strop from Mr. Miller yesterday with some scuff marks and a few scratches.
    I cleaned off the scuff marks and found it to be a first rate strop!! I emailed Tony to let him know of the problem so that he might avoid the same mistake with somebody else. Well. when I came home today I had found that he had unnecessarily refunded me for half the cost of the strop.

    One of the great strengths of SRP is the quality of it's vendor members like Tony Miller.

    It's reassuring to know there are still people who take customer service and quality care seriously and personally.

    I know, I know....in the works. But I want one now

    Well, actually, I will be getting a hanging strop when you give me a green light for the other two. So you can send/bill them all together. But, there is no rush. My present strop is workin' just fine..... I love the drag of that red-latigo though.
