The blade has Valet cut into it. A quick search of fleabay reveals that you can "buy it now" a new pack of blades for $15. You aren't going to get set of stones or even one finisher for that little...buy new blades!

All right thanks! As long as they are sharp, I can keep them sharp by stropping. And if buying new ones will be cheaper than going through the work I will do that.
You like using the old because they shave better than some new ones you tried ? I hear many of the newer are different so you may want to try several brands. Save those old guys for retirement :<0)
SE razor blades are meant to be disposable. In my opinion, trying to hone one is almost like trying to hone any other disposable razor blade made today, utterly pointless.
When I first read your post, I thought you were referring to straight razor blades, which of course can be honed. This is because the steel of straights are of a quality that it can maintain an edge, and also because there is physically enough steel to hone.
