Default The generosity of another SRP senior member.

And his name is Warren although you may just know him as Ace. He showed me what sharp really is. Up until then I had a benchmark razor honed by a honemeister which was very sharp but warren's edge showed me a whole new level. I knew it was possible to have a "DE" sharp straight razor but much smoother. He has also helped me with tips and tricks and has been a good friend here. Then.....

as I was leaving for work yesterday there was a box from him in my mailbox. I took it to work and opened it in my office and almost fell out of my chair. Three beautiful razors that are not only in excellent shape but are well known collectable razors known for their steel. Definitely something to pass down to my kids/grandkids.

I thought a public thank you was in order. So without further ado

    Thanks Warren!

Way to go Ace and SRP. Again I feel blessed to know such a generous group of people...with their time and their belongings.

Yes. Me too. SRP offers a place for us all to meet. Kinda cool.

Gee! He gifted you those? That is an extremely nice gift. Ace should be commended for being a great mentor and a generous man.
Nice work, Ace! Sweet stuff, Rob!
