Thread: Thayers

I came across a website called Thayers which has alot of natural products including Witch Hazel. Has anyone ever heard of them or know of their products?

Thayer's make excellent products (so i hear...i use dickinsons witch hazel since i can get it easily) a lot of the guys here probably use thayer's witch hazel

Like xman, I use Thayers witch hazel with lemon and aloe as an aftershave and my wife likes their hand lotion with clorophyll and are pretty good value for money imo.

Their stuff is so good I could drink it.

I use the medicated super hazel as an aftershave. The aftermath of my shaves got much more comfortable after getting my first bottle. I highly suggest it.

I really like the plain and use it the most. Rose and my home brew lavender are close seconds.

Here's the mix I use:
Fill a 4 oz bottle with the Thayer's with aloe and add 3 drops of lavender essential oil.

I use the Thayers every shave.

went out to local drug store and bought a small 99cent spritzer/mister bottle. put the Thayers, non alcoholic, Rose witch hazel in it. shave, cold splash.. pat dry with towel..wait about 30seconds then spritz on the Thayers.. its amazing. closes up all tiny nicks, closes the pores for less irritation later, makes skin feel great.

highly recommend this stuff.

PS.. you buy it at local Health stores... GNC stores carries it.

I'm using the Rose as well. I like it so far and I find myself using it throughout the day to freshen up.
I found it at a nutrition store but have since found it at a Canadian Loblaws superstore in the health supplies section.
Should go without saying but heads up on getting it on your lips. blech
