Mine came today also. Simply a awesome piece of craftsmanship. I don't know what my expectations were, but this surpasses them completely. I am in awe! Thank you Lynn, Don and Maestro Livi.

I showed the razor to my boss. I had told him in the past that I use a straight, but I don't think it sank in until he saw this one. He couldn't believe how sharp it is, and he couldn't get over the fact that I was actually going to put it against my face and shave without fear. Some men just don't know whats best in life. I can't wait until tomorrow morning to try this baby, and if my boss asks I'll pat my face and say " baby butt smooth, buddy".

Mine showed up today.. It is truly a piece of art!!! It is such a beauty. The blade despite being quite large is precisely balanced. A BIG thanks to Lynn, Don and the Maestro. This will certainly not be my last Maestro.

I got mine and it is shave ready. Mine measures a full 8/8. What a blade. This is a serious, "eat your heart out if you didn't get one" razor.

Mine came yesterday and I used it this morning. Mine was no where near shave ready. As a matter of fact it didn't shave at all. Otherwise its a beautiful razor and a super bargain for the price we paid. I honed it up today and its as right as rain now.

I wondered about that. - just how shave ready it would be.

The razor passed the TPT with flying colors. The edge was very sticky! I stropped her about 80 passes and had a beautiful shave!

Right now I have the scales drying at my bench. I put a couple of coats of walnut stain on the scales. Darkened them up very nicely. The engraving on the wood scales stands out very well, too. When it's dry, I will shine it up with some Tru-Oi and finish it off with some "Stock Sheen & Conditioner". I just finished some wood scales with a "Birchwood/Casey" gun stock finishing kit. It turned out really nice! These scales on the Mastro Levi could use a nice darker finish. It's going to turn out really well.

I used my maestro razor again this morning. It is truely a awesome shaver. I think it's causing my strain of RAD to mutate though. Now I'm obsessed with buying only custom razors. Luckily I know a good bankruptcy lawer.
