There's a scene in Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid where Garrett surprises Billy's gang and one of his men was shaving. It results in a gunfight with Garrett and the outlaw who is half shaved as they trade lead and insults. Garrett kills the outlaw.

Not much a straight razor scene... more a thing about tigers in Africa, but hey! the razor is there... first moments - very good technique! ;)

There's a really dumb movie with Howie Mandrell being raised by wolves. He resurfaces just as his evil brother (Christopher Lloyd) is about to declare him dead and inherit the family fortune. When Howie stumbles upon him in the bathroom shaving, Chris lets him play with his straight razor in hopes he'll cut his throat. I saw it before I started using a straight so I can't comment on his technique.
I guess I'll have to watch escape from new york again, I was pretty sure the guy was using a straight.
I just watched chato's land and there is a scene where there on the trail of chato and Jack Palance is shaving with a straight razor.

I forgot to post about it, but I didn't make it through my Bond marathon.
In one weekend, I watched the first seven (Dr. No through Diamonds are forever) and the last five (Goldeneye through Casino Royale). To be honest, even that was a lot, and they got a bit boring. But, no sign of a straight razor in those films. Perhaps some weekend in the near future I'll watch the rest.
In other news, there is an episode of The Three Stooges in which one shaves a block of ice with a straight razor (they start off as ice delivery men and end up working as cooks).
There's a scene in The Cotton Club where Frenchy, aka Fred Gwynne (best known as Herman Munster), is shaving with a straight, when Nicolas Cage's character, Vincent Dwyer (I love the names in this movie), takes it from him, and slices Frenchy's face with it.
The Popeye short A Clean Shaven Man has a funny shaving scene in it.A Clean Shaven Man
Bluto carefully hones a straight and then smashes the stone with the edge of the razor and attempts to shave Popeye with it.
There's this italina movie from the 70's... sort of a grindhouse thing... quite a sight. Every bit of the movie was filmed in Milan and there's a quite brutal scene involving criminals, mafiosi, "pay back", a barber shop and a straight razor... The intro is worth seeing, especialy if you know Milan.
Enjoy!

Gangs of New York has a few straight scenes, first one is right after the credits with Liam Neeson. Problably not using proper form, later on Leonardo DiCaprio uses the same razor, also probably doesnt your proper form, and deffinately it was dull, considering the last use was like 13 years earlier.
An interesting note on Sweeney Todd...I watched it today, and for a master barber, the blade angle he uses the first time he shaves the Judge is way off, looked like almost 90 degrees, and the italian has a cruddy strop technique.
