Default Essays on the Beard Question - From 1868

Folks - I was looking for something else and stumbled across this little gem from the mid-1800s. It's available to download for free or to simply read online. I downloaded it into a PDF file and may print it out later.

You can click the link below a just read it online if you want. The Intro is pretty good and the essay is in a rhyming format. Not bad at all and gives you a little glimpse into some thoughts about shaving back when Wade and Butcher and some others that we like were standard fare and could be purchased wherever fine razors were sold. Hope the links works for you. Enjoy.

    Thumbs up

I've only read the intro thus far, and I can tell this will be great reading!

I love the authoritarian voice of the days of old. Such character that will only serve to get one fired often and quickly in today's clean shaven corporate world!
