    Default Seems strange to me

One night I had a bought of insomina and was treading the internet at 12:30am Washington, DC time. I looked at a what seemed to be hundreds of threads with new posts marked today. I'm missing something, if the new day is only a half hour old how come there are so many new posts marked today? There can't be thousands of insomiacs like me on this forum. I hope insomina is not that prelevant. What am I missing?

Forum time is based on Greenwich time so its probably about 5 hours or so later than your time.

Sometimes it's already tomorrow somewhere, and other times somewhere it's still yesterday, I think.

As a resident of The Future (tm), I can confirm this. It is definitely Yesterday where you are. But I don't know if there is a Tomorrow anywhere around here....
