Yeah, Telly from B&B has (had?) a whole mess of them. I think the ones he didn't get sold right away were going up on the bay one at a time for $45 plus shipping, where those of us that got ours from B&B paid $45 shipped. I sold mine though because I was hoping for a pointier french point. The downside in my mind isn't paying $50+ for the Wapi, it's that after you get it you have to get it honed, another $20, which puts you up at the price of a new low end Dovo. Then most people will tell you you need it rescaled, another $35 at least. Bam, before you know it you are up around Bismark price.
WP is correct, that picture doesn't give much credit to the re-scale job. I can tell you that this did turn out to be very nice though.
Before you start trying to put prices on the job and honing, consider this. The re-scale in Cocobolo with a polished brass wedge for balance, since Cocobolo is so light, and Arizona Turquoise used for the resting pin, along with a complete polishing and honing and return shipping was considerably LESS than the $100 you mentioned.
WP can share the cost with you if he likes, but that is not my place to do that. I can tell you that he is one very happy cusomer though. He now has a razor that makes him smile when he looks at it, and according to him gives the smoothest shave he has eve had.
Misson accomplished!

OH MY GOD why are the pictures so large!?! It's like looking at razor with a telescope!
Edit: HAH! Nevermind, someone fixed it. Nice razor!
I know a lot of people swear by having them rescaled, but to me, they aren't as heavy as I had thought they would be, and I kinda prefer it so some of my REALLY lightweight scaled razors (i.e. Gold Bug and Satinedge) especially when honing.
*shrug* Never know what you'll like until you try! :D
