Straight Razors Stolen
Greetings Gentlemen,
Today is a sad day! Last week I shipped four razors to a friend for re-honing. He called today wondering when I was going to send them. UPS said they left it at the door yesterday. They are currently verifying it wasn't left at the wrong house. If it was, I would think the individual would've contacted my friend by now. They were insured, but I would take the razors any day over money.
If you see them listed on eBay or are offered to buy them, please contact me at [email protected]. Here's what was taken:
Custom Ebony & Alabaster 7/8 Fredrick Reynolds Wedge made by Robert Williams
13/16 Dubl Duck Wonderedge
6/8 Dorko 1151
8/8 Dorko Marbled

That's just wrong!
Rik,
I feek for ya! I leave notes outside of may apartment when I am expecting items just for this reason. The note instructs the driver to leave the package at the apartment complex leasing office. Even with that, I had a bottle of Floris Santal, signed for by one of the office managers, disappear. He reason for not replacing it? "We just sign for the packages, we aren't responsible". She is exactly right!

Thanked: 90I hope you get 'em back. Those are some nice razors.
I'll bet the idiot who stole them probably doesn't appreciate them for what they are.

Sorry to hear about that Rik. Unfortunately, it is seems this time of year the lowest common denominator in the gene pool helps themselves to whatever they can. The upside is you were smart and insured them. I suspect John Crowley is already looking for you though

UPS is a joke in my opinion. I like our guy, but he is alwasy in such a rush that he throws shit around and has left packages on the WRONG STREET. Don't lose hope yet, it might very well be sitting at another stop.
