I was talking with another SRP member, and with their permission I am posting something they e-said. Quoting...

This straight razor stuff reminds of of the BMW motorcycle club I belonged to years ago. The club members were mostly scientist and computer types from the government labs. They did a mathematical calculation of the exact number of BMWs' a rider needs. In conclusion they discovered you need: "one more than you have in your garage".

Now, that is funny! I don't care who you are.

I don't think I need to spell out the application to our straight razor world, do I gentlemen?

So true! Razors are like air, you can never have too much..! :-)

My girlfriend is actually pretty good with my RAD. She was looking over my shoulder when I was on eBay the other night and she started encouraging me to bid..! I had to resist as I'm broke after Christmas..!

Its my mum that makes the comments. So I always say "How many pairs of shoes do you have?" She says all her shoes are not the same, but then neither are my razors! She says all the razors do is shave your face, and I keep saying that all her shoes do is keep her feet dry. You can tell we've done this a couple of times now..! Hehe! My folks got me a killer strop for Christmas though, so they cant now sit here and tell me not to buy more stuff..! I need more razors to get the mileage out of the strop!

2. "Will this razor look good with my tie?"
