Default The Occasional Ebay Good One

I got a Clauss promo razor (I guess) with beautiful carved handles of some material that seems to have a wood grain in it. The blade is 5/8 or 6/8, with beautiful etching on it, and a barber's notch (at least I think that's what that thing is called). A little Metal-Glo polish on the blade, and a little soap and water on a brush for the nooks in the handle, and it looks almost new. No nicks or rust, and excellent blade action. The metal polish took the very light staining right off the blade. There was no corrosion around the pivot, and even the tang and shank polished up nice, with absolutely no rust. The seller was bizmarke. I think I paid $20 for it. Honestly, it doesn't look like it's ever been used, just stored. Occasionally, I guess you can get a good 'un off FleaBay.

Absolutely. There are many deals to be had. The only problem are the many lined up to have them. But you occasionally get lucky.
