1. No pressure - wipe off the lather, don't scrape it off. :hmmm:

3. This is so much more enjoyable than using an electric razor! :y
I'm of a similar mindset here. I whisper to myself over and over, "Don't cut off yer earlobes, Don't cut off yer my earlobes..." Sometimes this is interspersed with the odd profanity as something else is cut instead...:)
Not really no. I'm just joking. I am thinking of how to get the angle for the hair just under my jaw line that grows in at an awkward angle. Never seem to get a satisfying result in that area. I am improving though.

I am just concentrating on the pressure and angle of the blade until the wife walks in and starts talking to me. I really got to rekey that lock.
Like Johnny I focus on the edge, but I mostly just listen to the sound of the razor. When I use a wedge I find myself imagining the sound.
