I couldnt resist the temptation....


That pattern, the snakewood !!!! I have always had a thing for snakewood, I wish i could get my computer room's floor done in snakewood... Although it would be worth more than my house

I also bought his paddle strop, that way I have less of a chance to mess my blade up.

However, I just used up the remainder of my tax return lol.... I hope it shaves as good as it looks. Now how can I sneak it in the house without my fiance thinking I have gone mad.....

Think of the transition your signifigant other sees... One day you are using crappy gel from a can. And a mach 3... The next, you are buying brush's, high end creams, pre shave gel, high end aftershave, straight blades, strops. Your watchinig videos of others shaving, and posting on forums. How do you explain this?

The flip side of it though, when we went to radio shack today to buy my microscope. The guy asked what I was going to use it for. I said straight blade sharpening and restoration. He asked me questions for like 5 minutes. I could see it in her face at the moment he asked me. She was secretly happy. Now she wont admit to it, yet, but I think its a turn on. Do you guys get similar interest when you tell people how you shave?

I just ordered one from him too. I feel your pain and understand how love at first site is, you had no will to stop yourself. Besides, what are tax returns for! As far as fiance's go...Im pretty sure mine is just bewildered and annoyed by all the money Im spending! If she is secretely happy...she is keeping the secret really well lol.

anyway, off to file the request for the marriage license before she sees any more razors and changes her mind lol
