most any carbon blade will be significantly different from your Friodur. Friodur's are virtually maintenance free; not so with a TI. They will stain if not properly cared for. 5/8 would be a good size, giving you a different feel and keeping it interesting.

Just break down and get 'em both. :) You're gonna end up owning a couple of dozen razors anyway.
