Djerba Shave Video
I ran across this video on YouTube and was wondering of any of you guys had seen it? Of particular interest was around 4'30", the barber does something that I have only seen in middle eastern cultures (more so with women than men). Take a look...very interesting

At 4:30 was credits but at about 2:30 the barber was using a technique called threading. I have seen it in DC and her in coastal NC it seems to be growing in popularity amongst women here in the US.
It has advantages over tweezing and waxing it is faster than tweezing and more precise than waxing. From what I understand it also creates less irritation as well.

I have seen it here on women for eyebrows... Now I want a pro shave... Going to look one up. I think a cool idea would be where you take your own gear. The pro could check out your blade and refresh it if needed, use your alum block, etc.
You feel better about not having somebody else's stuff used on you and you can have your stuff tuned up.
Sounds cool to me!
