I don't know the ebay TOS all that well, but that sounds much like a break of contract or some such thing that should be reported.
If the shipping price is stated clearly, then they have no right to increase it afterwards. I mean, just think, you both agreed to some terms and enter in a contractural agreement. One party can't thereafter change the terms without the others agreement, even if some err was made.

Thanked: 2As a seller, I have sometimes misquoted shipping for an item. I will not send an email to someone (who has taken the time to bid on, and win, one of my brushes) asking for a measly 4$ or 2$ or whatever. I just absorb the cost and try to pay more attention next time.
If anyone is in this situation again, let us know. I'd be happy to paypal the loose change (which wouldn't cost me anything to send). I know that some foreign financial charges for banking are extremely high, even for small amounts like this.
And yes, I'd contact Ebay about this. She left you a negative, because you left a neutral, because she &*$#ed up the shipping charges? I think every body who is on ebay should look her up and tell her that we will be avoiding her auctions thanks to her terrible customer service.

Usually I wouldn`t worry and just never go back ,but what I cant stand is bull shit artists especially when the bullshit concerns me in her feed back
so I thought bugger it and I complained to ebay and she wasn`t exactly truthfull describing the item either there was one glaring omission that the pivot pin was so lose the blade could swing more 1/2" each side of the scales, luckly the edge wasn`t damadged and I was able to re tighten it without cracking the scales as it is a good razor I have offered to sende bay coppies of all emails concerning the purchase of this item
I have asked for my feed back to be reinstated to what it should be and an apolagy
let you know how I go
Kind regards peter

I hope you saved the e-mails. They are valuable evidence for your dispute resolution process. She could have her account priviliges revoked for what she pulled.

Thanked: 1Well... you could always make an About Me page on ebay and tell the story. then tell people to go there on the "follow up" response to her negative feedback. I've seen that done before...
BTW... I'm glad you outbid me for that razor, now.
