    Default Vintage blades.com honing service

I was looking around at diffrent honing services adn i came across the vintage blades one and for 14.99 they hone strop and polish you blade and pay return shipping. is this a real service or is this someone who thinks they know what there doing but when you get ur razor back its in worse shape than when it left ur house. Im just curious when im ready to send mine out ill probly go to the members services.

not familiar with "www.vintageblades.com" but looks questionable. "www.vintagebladesllc.com" is a well respected vendor and Lynn does their honing. i think the first group is trying to capitalize on a name recognition of the decent vendor.
    Be just and fear not.

Avoid at all costs, they certainly don't know shit about straight razors.

They're selling the G B Buckingham razors, which are on the "Brands of Straight Razors to avoid" list in the library. Bad sign.
