Body Wash

So I normally have some sort of Old Spice variant (currently Fiji) that I use for my regular body wash and am going to continue this. In my extravagant incredulously large abnormal aquisition of soaps, creams, and aftershaves etc it seems I could spread some of that spendature to a better body wash to use on occasion. Curious if any of you have tried some of the brands that we tend to use for shaving creams and soaps. I know MWF, Trumpers, Taylor OB, and some others make some nice body washes etc... just curious on some input on these. I do have a little bit of dry skin, but just sort of wanting something to help my skin in general and help clean off all the build up from my other wash, and of course smelling spiffy doesn't hurt either, but that is more a matter of preference.

While not a body wash, I use Yardley soaps. They can usually be found for around $1 per bar. They have great scents( especially the classic Yardley lavender) and are tallow based soaps. These soaps keep my sensetive skin much more hydrated than most soaps and washes.

I saw that Momma Bear offers a lot of hard soaps as well. Personally I am not opposed to hard soaps, and have enjoyed them in the past, but my wife my shoot me if I add another element to the bathroom.

I tried that Old Spice body wash and it dried my skin out so bad I was itching all over. Horrible stuff. Lately I've been using a hand-made cold process soap a friend of mine makes. Its made from palm, coconut and other oils, primarily. Current one I'm using is Bay Rum scented. Love it.

Etsy has a ton of people selling quality soaps, some more reasonably priced than others. Look for CP/HP (cold process / hot process) soaps, from what I understand they're generally higher quality than the MP (melt & pour) varieties.
