Hey all, so one of our major assignments for my senior year health class is kind of a community service deal. If you could, do myself (and yourself) a huge favor and watch this video:

Dear 16-year-old Me - YouTube

The harsh reality of skin cancer is pretty scary I think, and it is starting to hit closer to home for a lot of people. We talk so much here about our skin, taking care of it, making sure it isn't irritated etc, but I never see anything about sun protection. I'm not sure if SPF aftershaves exist, but I know that with the harsh spring sun I have been keeping the sunscreen on and making it a part of my morning routine.

If you could just leave a quick post here about the video, even just an "I watched, good video" or something like that, our goal is to get this information out to as many people as possible, and more people confirming they watched helps my grade out!

Thanks all!
