Default The Following ( tv series )

Has anyone been watching the new tv series called The Following?
The show centres on a charismatic serial killer who gains a following of other serial killers.
Episode 7 features the use of a straight razor.
29 mins into the Ep, a woman casually brushes past a man, the man feels some isn't right and looks down to find she has actually just sliced him across the stomach with a straight razor.

The razor went through the guards jacket, shirt and damn near disemboweled him. One of the SRD guys must have honed that razor.

I didn't think of that, ok, hands up all you Hone Meisters that have honed a razor for a woman recently?

I started a thread about the show on Premiere night but it didn't go very far

I hope it is getting better ratings out in the world then here at SRP or it won't be around for Season 2

Everytime I see a SR used as a Knife in the media I always think to myself Mmmmmhmmmm... then hit the back button to try and make out the brand

Glen, it looked like one of the new Boker Edelweiss round points in Bone scales. I did the same thing.

Are you enjoying the show Glen?
I'm finding a few holes in the storyline, but still enjoying it overall.

I like Kevin Bacon, always have,,, I also have liked James Purefoy in most of the stuff I have seen him, in so there are two big pluses..

    HOWEVER

I am finding the Pacemaker deal a bit tedious, the fact that the HRT was so easily breached in Episode 6, and trying to decide who the inside guy is within the FBI are getting old also... The Cult connection with the FBI's profiler played by Annie Perisse is a stretch, now the little psycho chick Emma (Valorie Curry) is way interesting

But the wife loves the show so I am going to be watching it and smiling regardless

I've watched every episode so far and like it (besides some plot holes). It's got an original feel to it. The razor blade scene was like...whoa she just.... what? WHOA.
