Thread: Short notice get together Hamburg PA

I plan on attending with my Shapton Glass hones and a half dozen razors or so. Would love to hone and talk shop while smoking cigars. If anyone else has razors they might like to trade or sell, I will be prepared for that as well. This should be a great time.

I will have my Nortons, and a few Barbers hones, and a DMT. I'll bring a bunch of eBay scores of razors and boxes too. May be willing to trade. Looking for Henckels, Ducks, and Peter J. Michels (willing to settle for PJM bolsters).
Never used a shapton. I'll bring my Loupe too.

I am bringing along a silvertip brush I just turned in some very nice figured black walnut for a give away and working on a couple other things. I will bring along most of my stones and strop or two and a tarp so we dont get the tables messy.

This is the Hamburg store which is in the outer lot at Cabela's. CI has 3 shops in the area.

As much as I enjoy the smell of tobacco, I would have a hard time dealing with too much actual smoke. But do have fun!

It's a big place. The smoke isn't bad at all. Give it some thought.
