I've got a few but I can't hold a candle to you my friend!

Don't know if I like it or not, but trying stuff like this is one of the greatest parts of going to the meets IMO.
Last time I was at Dave's, I tried his Naniwa 600 and ordered one the day I got home.
At last year's meet, Pete brought his collection of Shapton Glass stones. I honed one of my razors using his SG16K and purchased one after returning home. Also at the meet I tried Ron's Suehiro G20K. Due to the cost, I did not purchase one right away, but acquired one earlier this this year. It does produce nice edges.
It looks like everyone is having a great time. I am sorry I could not make it this year. I did get a new storm door installed, so I put some of my skills and tools to good use.
I almost forgot. After meeting Vic at the meet last year and seeing the attention to detail he puts into his razors, I had to have one of them. Thus, I ordered one as my Anniversary present from my wife.

From my perspective, there are never any meets close by, but that is why I save travel points, to travel, and meets are fun.
