Also, that Eclipse Cutlery Boker cuts like butter. It's the best shave I've had yet, and no irritation.

Which Flea Market did you get that at again?
Folks, wanted to chime in and thank Kevin for putting together this meet. I for one, learned quite a bit - at least, learned to use my stones!
Glad to hear you guys had a good time. I hope to be able to make the next one.
Thanks for all your efforts putting this together. I know that it can be difficult planning an event.
I think you will have better attendance for the next one if you can have a confirmed venue and date far enough in advance so that people can work it into their schedules.
BTW, did anyone take any pictures? We'd love to see them.
Yes it was a bit frustrating getting a conformation from the corner bar but a I said all through the thread, if it fell through my place was always going to be the failsafe so the meet was happening no matter what.
Anyway, it was a good time and I am glad I could share what I have learned so far and you guys were great.
I still want that Boker Gabe and I'm glad it shaves well.
That Thuringian was amazing Closer as well as the Belgian. Thanks for bringing them. I hope to find one like it one day soon. I got my Belgian yesterday and am about to get on it in a few minutes.
As far as the next meet, I hope it is sooner rather than later and there is more of a turnout of senior guys this time. OK, I am pushing being a senior myself, lol, but not in experience in this area as of yet.
But hey, maybe by the next time I will have more to contribute as well
as learn.
One last note, I wish there will be more feedback and talking next time this is planned because there was very little chatter or planning besides
me trying to get a place to have it. I am happy to do it but would like a little help next time.
All in all, it was a good time and I look forward to the next one!
