Nice offer on the location. I have no issues with that weekend.

Hi fellow Michiganders,
I would be interested in a Michigan Meet.
For me, the best day wouldbe Friday, 6/23 or Saturday, 6/24. Saturday, 6/17 would work as well.
Saturday July 24th it is. I think that should work for a larger # of people. We can start relatively early that way, And if someone has to work they may still be able to make it afterwards. I need some help then with planing some activities then. People can bring Ideas to me through PM and I can let them know if I can accommodate with the amount of room I have available to set up in. Honing will be a definite thing we can do as long as someone is comfortable with leading that. I am to new at it to try giving any advice. I need some volunteers hear is what I'm saying. Also if any one has equipment that is easy enough to move I have 2 separate 2 car garages so we could set up one activity in one and another in the second one. Start PMing me also if you are planing on coming so I can get a head count. 1 month to go then and people are welcome to come from surrounding states and even Canada to of corse not just MI.
New Hampshire is not exactly a 'surrounding state' to Michigan, but I'll definitely be there.
Greg,
That's the only weekend I can't make. I will be in Chicago with my kids.
:(
Sorry to miss you. You'll be missed buot obviously, the kids come first. You made the right choice.
I'm taking my kids to camp in MI on the 24th. I'll try to stop by if I can.
I will see what I have going on around that time..and whether or not I can get away from the family..
but.. I'd love to come, set up, and do a couple sets of scales for people (if we have time). we'd have to start early!!!!!!!!!
