Thread: Michigan Meet

Not many details yet but a few of us are talking about getting together in Mi.
I have 5 people that have shown interest so far anyone else out there in Mi.

When and where? There are quite a few guys in OH who might make the trip if it's doable.

We have just started talking but I live in Grand Rapids, Several live in the Detroit area and one person lives in the Ann Arbor area I believe. So not sure when or where yet but I'm going to try to keep posts updated as I get details.

I live in New Hampshire but plan to be in Grand Rapids the week of July 18. If it can be arranaged during that time, by all means, count me in!

If it doesn't work out for that weekend. You can get in touch with me and maybe we can at least catch a cup of coffee or something. PM me a little before then and we can set something up.

I'm in Toronto, but I'll be going down to Michigan at some point this summer. Ill try to make it the same time.

Any more on the Michigna meet? I'll be leaving for Grand Rapids in a few weeks. Although I live in NH, if there's anything I can do long distance to help it happen, please, someone let me know.

I was trying to get something started but it seems to have just died. I Don't know where to have it but if no one chimes in I'll just have it at my hose and it will be rather small. Let me know what day works for you and I'll just plan it for that day and let people know and it will just be a small get together with people with a common hobby. I can't do much more than that by myself.

It doesn't look like there's much activity on the meet other than gandrw's valiant efforts and his kind offer to host it at his home in Grand Rapids. I'll be there from7/17 to 7/24 and was hoping to take him up on his invitation if the meetup doesn't happen, but the more the merrier. Since gandrw has offered his home, I think he should set the date. Anyone else interested?
