You guys have more than enough members for a good sized Razor Meet.

Now the hard part. You have to decide on a time and place then contact via PM each of the people in the lists and send an email if the person has that option in their profile ( email is the best option). It is a tedious task the first time. This first time send the links to this thread to everyone, even if they have not visited SRP for 3 years.

The first meet will be small but thats ok. Realistic expectations are 5-12 people. Set the day for either Saturday or Sunday from 12 noon til 7 pm.

After that it becomes easier.

I have put together a number of razor meets for Minnesota and helped with one in Wisconsin & Missouri.
So this is what helped me so I hope it helps you.

well i suppose it would be prudent to figure out a location that most people will be able to get to. I like ye olde pipe and tobacco because im sure Rick wouldnt mind us high jacking all the tables in the lounge, especially if there are those that smoke cigars and pipes buying his stuff lol. I am open to all ideas!
