Just thought I would update the list a little.
I must say I can't wait for this meet to happen.
I asked about a BBQ pit and the answer was no, but they didn't say we couldn't bring our own. I was given the impression by one of the older gents there that it would be better to seek forgiveness than permission. They do have lots of tables, two snooker tables, five dartboards, five beers on tap and a good selection of bottled beer plus the hard stuff.

All I can think is, talk about the pressure to have a great shave before going to this meet.
Nothing wrong with shaving before, but if you don't and shave there instead, you can probably play with someone else's toys.
Hmmm - I think I would be pretty shaky shaving with someone looking over my shoulder using a strange blade. I would equate that to golf, I'm ok once I get going but the first tee off in front of the club house will always go into the rough.

After much slacking and forgetfulness on my part, the documentation I need to get an EDL is currently on it's way. The EDL is supposed to arrive within 2 weeks of the application date, so I should be good to go by the end of the month. I will now search through this thread for info on the meet date/time.
