They just updated the temp....
The high will be 12 F. :)
I am able to make it for part of Sat. for the razor part. Looks to be a good time. Being a noob, I am looking forward to it. Is there something needed food/beverage wise?
I will be leaving from Richfield so if anyone needs a ride let me know.
I had a great first day. A good example is that I thought I needed a break and get away from the forge and noise etc. I had left my phone in the truck and checked it. What the heck!!! I had been there over 6 hours already! Time flies when you are having fun.
When I got home my wife informed me that I had forgot the vegetable tray I was going to bring. [I remembered it to late to turn around.] Then she told me that the teenagers had gotten into it. LOL At least they are eating their vegetables!
Hopefully I will remember to bring it in the morning. It will have a little meat and cheese in it to fill some gaps. I am not going to run out to the store tonight for more vegetables.

If you find any fire proof gloves bring them along! My cotton gloves burned up! :)
45 minutes of video so far......
To tired to type any more........
They were! I had the video camera in my hands at the time but with my skills I think I missed it. Most of what I tried to shoot will be edited out.:( It wasn't that dramatic but the water bucket was used.
Randy - I still have an unopened dozen pair of cotton ones left in my truck. I stopped at Kaplan Brothers last week.
I could smell something burning. When you have a shop full of things that make a lot of heat you get a second sense about something on fire where it doesn't belong. I could see a haze of smoke, but randy sortof always has a cigarette in his fingers too, but it didn't smell like cigarettes, more like pants or clothing. He was on fire and didn't know it. :)
