Rest In Peace Dieseld
It is with a very heavy heart that I am letting the membership of this forum know of the passing of my fellow mentor and friend 'Dieseld' (Dave Alexandrowski).
Dave was a wonderful human being who was always willing to help with whatever was asked of him. I know how much he helped me and meant to me.
He left this earth far too soon and while we here at Sharp Razor Palace will miss him, his children, family and those who shared his daily life will miss him more.
Dave's family has asked that any donations be donated to The Wounded Warriors Project. Here's the link to do so if you wish.

I for one am a better person for knowing Dave, I do hope that he will Rest In Peace.

Thanks Roy for passing on this sad news. He will indeed be missed. RIP Dave, and thanks for all you did here.
-
This is so incredibly tragic to happen to a man with such a young family. My heart and prayers go out to Dave’s family and his loved ones. RIP, Dave.
-
Every time one of our community passes it's like we have all lost a brother. It's even more tragic when you leave a young family behind.
We will miss him greatly.
-
This has been a very sad day to learn of the passing of our dear friend Dave.
My thoughts and prayers are with his soul and with his family.
Rest in Peace my Brother

I only knew him through this forum and this news hits hard.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and those that knew him closer.
RIP Dave

RIP, Dave
May the good Lord watch over your family.
-
My condolences to all who were his friend. A part of him will continue on through your memories and this forum.
-
I did not know him, but his passing is still felt. May his family remember him always as a loving kind soul. I learned a goodly number of years ago that to mourn too much can become a negative force on your life. I have learned to rejoice and remember those that have passed by remembering and relating their life to others. This is how we live on.
-
Thanks Roy.
I am sorry for the news. I was fond of Dave and everything he did here.
My heart felt condolences to his family.
-
Dave was a great family man, benefactor to veterans. He was smart and so very even. I admired that.
Awesome mentor, give-away guy, and friend to all on this forum.
Gonna be hard to replace and easy to miss.
Rest in Peace, Dave

A very loving, generous, and giving father, and friend to all he knew. You'll be missed, but always remembered. I'll see ya on the other side, my friend, and brother in blades.
-
On hearing this sad news my thoughts and prayers go out to Dave's family. Their loss is made even more difficult to deal with being so close to Christmas.
I never knew Dave but recognized that he contributed heavily to this forum and his contributions will be sorely missed. RIP Dave.

I always admired Dave because of his devotion to his young children. I enjoyed seeing their smiling faces on his posts of them, and he was such a proud papa. I'll miss Dave's participation on the forum, but my heart goes out to his young children.
-
He was a friend to many of us and an active member of this forum.
Dave, we miss you man.
-
While I only knew Dave as a forum member,I too feel a loss of a brother when it comes to this forum. May he be resting on a nice cloud up there away from all our earthly woes. Smooth shave always Dave.
-
He will be missed yet always remembered. I spent a good deal of time with him on the phone and I liked him. He was a good guy and father. I personally will mourn his passing

RIP Dave, may the sun shine for you every day.

-
I only new Dave through his contributions to this forum, but it is always sad when one of the good ones leave us.
He will be missed.

RIP Dave.
My heart goes out to his little boys who he was so proud of. This is a terrible thing for them, and then for it to be at this time of year. Dave and i chatted many times, he helped me to understand what real coffee was about. He pasted on the job of being the giveaway guy to me and i will do my best for him. He will be missed.

Gone, but never forgotten.
Your smile lives on, on your son’s face buddy.

One of the good guys! Corresponded with Dave a few times and it was always pleasant. I was very shocked to hear this news! Deepest sympathy to his family!
-
It is indeed a terrible loss, for us and even more for his family.
Dave was such an optimistic and upbeat person - every time we communicated I felt so uplifted afterwards!
He was also the first to volunteer with whatever need arose - the giveaways, Movember, anything! And he was just as generous in his day-to-day life - he loved to help anyone he met and particularly veterans - he made bbq on a regular basis!
Above all he loved his kids immensely!
I didn't know Dave all that well, but every little piece I saw was precious.
RIP Dave, we all miss you.
-
Such sad news.
It showed how much he cared for and loved those boys.
Hope they get the support they will need from such a big loss.
..... RIP Dieseld.....

I had no idea-just now seeing this. What a blow to our community. I talked with him via pm a few times, and as a mentor, but didn't really know him beyond that. As a fellow father of two (now grown) sons, I can't imagine what a blow it must be to the whole family to lose their Dad so young. Rest in Peace friend.
