Ears.. as I age, my hair line thins and seems to transplant itself in my ears. What's up with that? Where in the evolutionary process did it become advantageous for ear hair to sprout as one matures? right now my trouble spot is a mole on the back of my head I keep nicking, but its working out in general. not bleeding near as much anymore.

I wear a flat top with shaved sides, so it's a true PITA to get the back of my head right. I shave the sides every 3-4 days & have a thick head of coarse hair...have to touch up a razor every time after a face & head shave to keep it right. I've also found that I can't shave my head with anything smaller than a large 6/8+...the heavier the better.
