Washita Hone

Here is a nice vintage (i guess they are all vintage) natural hone which i believe to be a Washita (please correct me if i'm wrong). It has been soaked and cleaned in a degreaser as well as lapped on one side a lightly burnished. It feels smooth to the touch but i don't believe it is a finisher and am unsure what to compare the grit to. There is a chip on one corner of the lapped side as well as some on the edges of the unfinished side.
Measures 7 3/4 x 2 1/8 x 1 1/4 inches.
