Thread: Nichiri 0P - Japanese Horse Shell Strop (pretty!)

Oh yeah Nichiri strops are famous, and with fair reason, these strops were made by Naomi San himself for Nichiri, the maker of Kanayama strops. such is the quality of the Nichiri strops too, you can see his name on the Certifyd cross at the bottom. strop is supple and neat. the linen coud use some cleaning, but i have used the strop and it does a great job!

I'll be letting some strops go, my collection of shell strops has gone out of control and i find myself using mostly my own roo strop. so, this and my other Nichiris (and Kanayamas, and french hide, and certifyds shell from the US) are seeing less action lately...

there are a couple of blemishes in the surface of the shell, but will not affect the soft stropping that you can get from this vintage piece. Lately, it looks like Naomi san is making only kanoyama strops and you have to pay a high entry price for those, but not today.. you an gave this one for only $95 plus shipping!
