In this case 12k will work for you

I voted 12k for maintenance ...... i.e. touching up a shave ready blade that is 'falling off' a bit.
I'd get the 12K for these reasons. You have your blades already honed by a honemeister so they are in good shape. The 12K will in most cases bring them back up to speed as long as you don't let them get to out of whack. Second, the Naniwa SS 12K is really an outstanding hone and if you can only choose one I would go for the outstanding one first. It sounds like if you later purchase a razor or one of your existing razors needs to be honed at a lower grit that you will send it out anyway to be honed.
12k is my vote. Once the bevel has been established, and then taken up to a shave ready edge, the 12k is what you need to maintain that edge. Proper stropping, of course, too.
12k.
