I found this at an estate sale for $5 and figured why not, it was jet black and very hard but after a few minutes lapping it revealed a milky white color, not sure if the dark spots are more dirt or the actual stone
Any ideas

Certainly looks like a Washita-grade Arkansas

From what I have seen online and what I think is one type of Arkansas in my collection, they can be very hard, and have a homogeneous (there are no swirls, speckles, veins, or striations in them) appearance.
